Fun day at the office for our R&D team! We are testing out the largest nozzle option from DYZE DESIGN’s Pulsar extruder on our medium scale in-house FGF printer from Filament Innovations. This machine and extruder allows us to quickly change materials and nozzles for new applications. Today's focus is on printing at 2 mm H x 10 mm W using our rPETG 30% White w/ UV FGF material. This testing will help us mimic medium to large scale beads and gauge critical factors like temperatures and layer time.
