This year, the Green-ON Project team has been working hard to create a comprehensive training package designed to inspire and guide you, as a leader of your business or organization, on a rewarding journey toward sustainability and eco-innovation. Last week, we gathered in Athens to finalize and review the resources we’ve developed over the past year. Here’s a preview of what’s coming soon: ?? Green-ON Handbook A valuable resource to help you deepen your understanding of key topics such as leadership, eco-innovation, green HR management, eco-psychology, and sustainable communication. Use it to enhance your knowledge gaps and address specific areas of improvement identified through the self-assessment tool. ?? Self-Assessment Tool Make a test and discover the areas in your organization that may need improvement. By identifying these gaps, you’ll be better equipped to target your learning journey with the relevant chapters of the handbook. ?? ?? Exciting News from the Green-ON Project! ?? We're approaching a major milestone! The content of our innovative training products are nearly ready, including a comprehensive Handbook covering: 1?? Leadership, Resilient Organizations, & Change Management for Sustainability 2?? Eco-Innovation 3?? Green HR, Green Office, & Circular Economy 4?? Psychological Aspects of Sustainable Organizations 5?? Sustainable Communication, Vision, & CSR ?? Each chapter features Best Practices, Exercises, and a Glossary to guide businesses on their green journey. Plus, we've developed a Self-Assessment Tool to help companies measure their sustainability performance and a Gamified Training Tool for hands-on learning! ?? ?? Preliminary testing run by the project consortium will take place in Athens in November 2024, while a final testing will take place by August 2025 by companies representatives from Poland, Italy, Hungary, Portugal and Greece.
