The pop-up space gave a behind the scenes look at the creation of the lookbook through images and video from the shoot as well as some iconic archival items from the GORE-TEX Brand archives. The pop-up had a VIP launch that hosted brand partners, local retailers, media, content creators and friends, while then being open to the public for a short duration. As scientists, engineers, and material developers, we continuously strive to create the most durable, long-lasting products while lowering our carbon footprint. Sara Ellis, Product Specialist for GORE-TEX PRO Garments, shares insights on how material selection and innovation play a role in reducing Scope 3 emissions. By making better design and material choices, launching new membrane technology, increasing the range of recycled fabrics, and leveraging alternative dyeing methods, we are continuously reducing our products' carbon footprint. The next generation of GORE-TEX PRO Products with ePE membrane features a 12–39% lower carbon footprint compared to the previous collection.
