Transalloy Pty (Ltd), a leading silicomanganese (SiMn) producer in South Africa, faced this very issue. They needed to boost productivity and emissions control without spending a fortune on new equipment. Sounds like a tall order, right? Not really. We introduced our GORE? LOW DRAG Filter Bags, and the results were impressive. Over 33 weeks, these filters delivered 26% more gas flow at comparable pressure drops, fewer emissions for a cleaner environment, and operational flexibility with options to save on energy or increase system flow rates for higher production.
