Emphasizing themes of progress and change, Churchill famously mentioned the widespread adoption of cultivated meat as not just a dream, but a reality. History made in 2024: ? GOOD Meat became the first cultivated meat sold in grocery stores ?? Introduced GOOD Meat 3, to help make cultivated meat accessible to more people than ever ??? Served GOOD Meat at events across the globe, with partners including Mercy For Animals, The Good Food Institute APAC and XPRIZE ???? Witnessed home cooks preparing GOOD Meat in their own kitchens for the first time

We were honored to serve up #GOODMeat at the XPRIZE 2024 #Visioneering event, where 35,000 competitors gathered to showcase innovative solutions to build a future of equitable abundance for all. We had the chance to showcase our company’s breakthrough technology and invite attendees to try GOOD Meat and discuss our vision for the future of food.

I would argue that the GOOD Meat product for sale in Singapore, GOOD Meat 3, is a significant example of cell-cultured meat in the market. Several presentations have mentioned that this product is using a sample size that is too low (3%) or that since this is primarily a plant-based product we haven’t “really” brought cultured meat to market. There are two reasons why this is a major milestone, perhaps greater than any of the previous milestones including the regulatory approval itself. 1) Huge props to the GOOD Meat team for being transparent about the actual amount of cells, even if 3%. Perhaps the first and only company to do so. 2) Prior to this release, it has been pretty exclusive (not expensive) to try cultured meat publicly. Either at a limited reservation capacity or a limited ordering window. I have heard that the GOOD Meat 3 product is readily available and accessible at retail in Singapore. I plan on heading there myself to confirm this! A lot of our colleagues are in Singapore this week. Were you able to see GOOD Meat 3 at the retail market, Huber’s Butchery? ??

One of our favorite sights to see: people gathering to cultivate communities dedicated to advancing the future of food. At an event this month, students of APAC-SCA (Student Chapter) in Singapore tasted skewers of #GOODMeat3 while discussing the positive impact cultivated meat can have on our world.
