The FORCE team loves it when a cool project presents itself, and this is one of those. A valued client asked for a full scan of a C130 for maintenance platform designs. The Trimble X7 did a fantastic job collecting data. The screen capture does not do justice to the point cloud quality. FORCE is thrilled to announce our collaboration with Legacy Engineering Group for the upcoming solar eclipse event on April 8th! As part of this project, FORCE will be providing live traffic updates to Texas Department of Transportation, ensuring smooth traffic flow and informed decision-making throughout the day. With four teams strategically positioned along I-10 from Boerne to Kerrville, on the solar eclipse line, FORCE will be onsite to provide aerial coverage of traffic intersections. Our state-of-the-art aerial solutions will enable us to deliver real-time updates and live streams of traffic movement, empowering TxDoT to respond promptly to emergencies or congestion. Our fleet consists of a diverse array of 10 fully unmanned aerial aircraft. Truly following the 'right tool for the job' mentality, and with the support of great vendors like Frontier Precision, FORCE is always on call for our clients. At FORCE, we're dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance safety and efficiency in transportation management. We're excited to continue our Project Spotlight Series by sharing our aerial mapping project, Elm Creek, where we covered over 6,000 acres across multiple countries for our client Slay Engineering Company Inc.! This ambitious endeavor required meticulous planning and seamless coordination between the United States and Mexico to ensure success. At Force Asset Management LLC, we provided comprehensive services, including Orthophotography, Ground Classified Lidar data, Digital Terrain Models, and Planimetric Mapping for roads and railways. ? What's remarkable is the extensive collaboration needed to set control points on both sides of the border, facilitating accurate data collection. Our role in this project was pivotal, conducting aerial imagery collection and deploying survey crews for control point placement, ground truthing, and cross sections. It's a testament to our team's expertise and dedication that we completed fieldwork in just 2 weeks, with deliverables ready within 4 weeks! ? We're immensely proud of our team's efforts and grateful for the collaboration of our partners and stakeholders.
