Recently, we conducted a pilot study with a runner who reported ankle pain during their regular runs. The study revealed fascinating insights into the relationship between speed, foot landing angles, and pain.? ??? ?????? ??????????: The test was conducted outdoors in the runner's frequent running environment to replicate real-world conditions. The user was asked to gradually increase their running pace until they experienced the familiar ankle pain.? ?? ?????? ????????????????:?
