FEI Louisville is an association of financial executives that serves the greater Louisville region. The chapter positions its members for success through high-quality speakers and content and ample networking and career advancement opportunities. The Louisville Chapter holds breakfast & lunch meetings, networking socials, and a variety of special events each year. These events feature opportunities for networking, informative speaker presentations, and earning CPE credits. Membership features many benefits for financial professionals: ? Education on Current Issues – FEI provides many resources including newsletters and conferences to help you stay up to date on finance issues. ? Advocacy for the Financial Industry – FEI has spoken for financial executives before the SEC, U.S. Congress, FASB, and other governing bodies. ? Enhanced Professional Networking – Members can expand their local network by attending our monthly meetings and events. ? Leading Financial Resources – Members receive free access to content from FEI’s independent research affiliate, the Financial Executives Research Foundation. ? Available CPE – FEI National offers numerous in-person and digital opportunities to earn CPE credits. Credits are available for attending chapter meetings and additional professional development sessions. The FEI Louisville chapter currently has nearly 100 members, and that number continues to grow. Many thanks to our out of town guests – David Weber and Michael Glinski – from JP Morgan Chase Bank for their presentation at the November meeting of the Louisville chapter of Financial Executives International. After some brief opening meeting remarks by Chapter President Uric Dufrene, they began their presentation talking about key themes they have found in the 2024 Global Market, their own US Interest Rate Outlook, and the Foreign Exchange Market Outlook. The information was flowing with charts and graphs – which led to lots of questions during the final portion of the program. Everyone present agreed that it will be interesting to watch as the next quarter unfolds….. Thank you again to our guests.?We hope you will visit us when you return to Louisville in 2025.
