He also will provide insights into his work on artificial intelligence (AI) and his new role leading AI in the call center industry. About the Speaker: Nathaniel (Nate) Storch is the President of Perch Insights, which provides an AI driven copilot for self-serve analytics and customer acquisition. Prior to founding Perch, he was the co-founder and CEO of Amenity Analytics and has had various additional roles in finance earlier in his career. The Viret Family Faculty Leadership Fellows Program at Adelphi University was established in 2017 to provide Adelphi University faculty members with leadership development opportunities that advance their careers and inspire innovation. Each Viret Fellow undertakes a consequential project of importance to the University. The School of Social Work is proud to announce the 2024-2025 Viret Family Faculty Leadership Fellow is Dr. Telvis M. Rich, Associate Professor and Director of the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program in the School of Social Work. As a Viret Fellow, Professor Rich intends to explore ways to enhance the recruitment and retention of faculty and students of color, with a focus on Black faculty and students, and to contribute to the promotion of the University’s strategic plan and mission. His current research centers on workplace diversity, engagement and inclusion among students and full-time and adjunct faculty. Congratulations Dr. Telvis Rich !
