The program concludes with the Fairfield StartUp Showcase - a “Shark Tank” style entrepreneurship competition where students get the opportunity to negotiate live with investors and pitch the business ideas they have developed for seed money to assist in their journey to market. We had an exciting event this past weekend, where our students delved into the art of crafting the perfect elevator pitch. Whether pitching a company, proposal, or themselves, mastering the ability to pitch effectively in any setting is essential for success. We were also honored to host Dr. David Hendricks, founder of Pathfinder Recovery, who shared insights into his groundbreaking at-home detox solution. Following his presentation, students quickly put their skills to the test by preparing pitches based on what they learned, competing for prize money.
