You asked, and we listened. #ExxonMobilBasestocks is expanding its global supply network with a new location for our U.K. customers. ????? We have started receiving shipments of Group I and Group II/II+ #basestocks at our latest supply terminal in Dagenham, England, roughly 15 miles east of London. Some of these products will come directly from our state-of-the-art Rotterdam, Netherlands refinery, the first in Europe to produce Group II/II+ base stocks on a global scale.? With this new terminal, which marks our second facility in the U.K. and eighth distribution point in Europe, we will be in a better position to meet your #lubricant manufacturing needs within the U.K. It will enable a more direct and reliable #supplychain, as well as simplify the overall importation process.? As we progress to the introduction of our new EHC 340 MAX? #basestock,?hydrocarbon experts are taking notice. As #lubricant industry veteran Norman SHEPPARD put it,?“What's not to like?”?? Recently, Sheppard joined lubrication expert Trevor Gauntlett on the Lubes'n'Greases (LNG) podcast to discuss the latest extra heavy neutral product from #ExxonMobilBasestocks.?? “From a technical point of view, it looks like ExxonMobil once again have spotted the market opportunity and are offering the right solution,” Sheppard explained, highlighting how the product’s kinematic #viscosity is on par with traditional bright stocks.?? Sheppard also discussed how the EHC 340 MAX base stock’s position within our larger EHC? global slate is “great from the formulator’s point of view,” as it will allow for a more efficient approvals process. “A combination of technical approvals and the light color and the scalable production volume looks like a winning formula,” he added.?
