From expanding access to sexual and reproductive health to leveraging AI for equity, bold ideas are shaping the future. Yet, barriers persist—limited funding for women-led solutions, gender gaps in STEM, and systemic biases. These aren’t just challenges; they’re missed opportunities for progress. At United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), we harness innovation for impact. Through initiatives like the #Equity2030Alliance, #WomenXCollective, and our innovation challenges, we fund game-changing solutions and amplify women’s voices to drive real, lasting change. ? Secured 3X funds to scale up to 42 dispensers across Kenya ? Reached 1,500 girls (11x more than last year) ? Distributed 10,000+ sanitary pads ?? Violetta?(Hola Soy Violetta) - a 4HerPower Challenge winner - is leveraging AI to prevent gender-based violence. Last year they: ? Reached 255,000 users and provided 1,400 consultations with psychologists ? Hosted 36 workshops with 13,000 attendees ? Secured 10X in grants & technical assistance ?? The time is now. To spark dialogue and reimagine what’s possible, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency, collaborated with Cecilie Waagner Falkenstr?m to create "Infinite Woman" - a digital art series that envisions a future where women flourish without barriers.
