Thank you to everyone for making #Emergence24 a great success. From the behind the scenes work from the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association staff, Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation staff, Eboni Preston-Laurent the ETAC liason, all of the speakers, panelists, participants and lastly the ETAC Committee members. We had a great conference and we hope everyone takes the lessons and insights learned and applies them. We look forward to seeing everyone at #Emergence25 next year!

#Emergence24 was closed out by Hilary Bilbrey with a fascinating key note on building a team/culture of Multipliers. Hilary provided some different ways to think about behaviors that can cause a decline in the utilization of a teams capabilities vs enabling that multiplication effect we need to enhance as leaders.

We started day 2 (yesterday) of #Emergence24 with a fireside chat regarding career pathways and sharing of knowledge. We had a number of insights shared with the broader group.
