ElancoGPT, the first-of-its-kind employee-only generative AI chatbot, was nominated for the “Best Achievement in Deployment of AI in the Enterprise.” Similar to ChatGPT, ElancoGPT supports our team’s daily work by reducing time spent on routine tasks like content creation, summarization, and translation by an estimated 70% so employees can focus on innovation in #AnimalHealth. Elanco exceeded its goal for employee volunteer hours this year with more than 20,000 hours, and Elanco IT had the highest team participation percentage across the company - nearly 50%! From across the globe, the team planted trees and picked up trash, packed meals and donated blood, helped animal shelters and a children's STEM charity and more!
