We are proud to celebrate the opening of the Row at Red Hill with Greystar! This luxury mixed use project will create 1,100 new housing units when finished and includes new retail businesses. With a rooftop pool, gym and other amenities, it’s a great opportunity for young professionals and anyone else who wants to be in the center of Orange County right here in Santa Ana. During the ribbon cutting last week, Councilmember Phil Bacerra presented a certificate of recognition from the City Council to the developer. We welcome this exciting project and all of the new tenants to Santa Ana!

We had a fantastic turnout at the Business Startup Workshop hosted by the city’s Economic Development Division! In addition to valuable insights on starting and expanding businesses in Santa Ana, attendees had the opportunity to hear from representatives of our Planning and Business License teams. They presented key information on zoning, permits, and licensing—important steps for entrepreneurs on their business journey. The workshop, offered in both English and Spanish, catered to a diverse group of business owners who are now equipped and eager to move forward with starting their business. #santaanadoesbusiness
