VA OSDBU's Direct Access Program (DAP), offers both in persona and online events for small business owners to attend and have the opportunity to network with other organizations based on their capabilities or North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes. DAP events are often widely attended and businesses often have the chance to meet with key decision makers as well as Procurement Decision Makers (PDM) who attend will give advice and feedback potentially providing that business a great opportunity. These events can take the form of Business Opportunity Sessions (BOS), Networking Roundtables (NRT), town halls and education sessions. These events can open doors to subcontracting and partnership opportunities.
