We are delighted to share our recap with insights and videos from the Policy2Code Prototyping Challenge Demo Day organized by the Digital Benefits Network and the Massive Data Institute during #BenCon2024. https://lnkd.in/eXPA46Vs After an intense summer of prototyping and collaborative coaching, 12 teams presented their experiments in using generative AI to transform benefits policies for SNAP, Medicaid, SSI/SSDI, LIHEAP, and Veterans benefits into assistive chatbots for benefits navigators, eligibility screeners, standardized logic and code, and more! Very grateful to the Digital Benefits Network & full Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation team for the tremendous partnership and leadership in developing and refining the #DigitalGovernmentHub, with the public human services ecosystem at the center. ???? ??Thank you to everyone who shaped the hub’s development. So many of you did user interviews / testing, took surveys, watched live demos, and shared questions and ideas with our team to further sharpen this tool. That feedback resulted in lots and lots of updates and upgrades — hope you like it! I think it is pretty powerful (and pretty). And extra powerful special shout out to APEX Advisors! ??????
