A small group were able to join us for an exclusive think tank with Jordan where he shared some of his experiences in understanding & predicting customer desires, detailing creative ways in which customer wants & expectations can be turned into true profitability. ?? Our Evening with Jordan Belfort continued with an unmissable closing presentation, focused on improving communications with customers through creative pitching! From 'sell me this pen' to becoming a true expert on all things customers, this left our audience with some great talking points to carry on into our evening networking. ?? After an Evening with Jordan Belfort & the CX Tropical Circus which allowed our community to network into the evening, we've kicked off day two here at the #CXBFSIEastExchange! ?? A special thanks to our chair Christopher Colley for today's opening remarks, followed by some engaging interactive polling for the audience. ?? Hilda Fassihi Mendelsohn - TD Bank delivered a fantastic opening keynote presentation, centered on achieving business transformations whilst prioritizing a customer first approached. ?? A VoC focused panel which saw some great discussion on employee investment, and the importance of internal education which is necessary to leverage industry-wide appeal with cross-functional collaboration. We were lucky to hear contributions from Sasha Klenova - Esterkes - John Hancock, Jesse Slovenec - BMO, and Ericka Barquin Izaguirre - Eastern Bank. ?? Before continuing with more breakout meetings and a second networking lunch, we welcomed Vamsi Rao from JPMorganChase to the stage for an eye-opening presentation on driving AI with CX investments, whilst achieving and proving a clear ROI for stakeholders. John Almeida - ServiceNow, who discussed the challenges facing bankers & financial advisors who could implement AI-driven tech to improve productivity. This left us with some great takeaways on the BFSI sector's technological state of play. ?? This afternoon's panel discussion saw us welcome Tim Ferrio, from Team One Credit Union and Aud Jucaitis from KeyBank, discussing the innovative ways in which we can implement AI and leverage it's true potential. ??
