Congratulations to our Communities Acting for Refugee Empowerment (CARE) client, Alliance! ?? A few months ago, she proudly graduated from the Nurse Tech Academy, a transformative 4-week program offered by Cone Health. Reflecting on her experience, Alliance shared: "CARE has facilitated my whole journey... in terms of education as well as different job opportunities. The program has also been consistent in following up with me, encouraging me and making sure that I am doing well while progressing. Having a mentor has given me the opportunity to freely ask questions related to healthcare as well as seek advice from someone who might have gone through the same journey as mine." We are so proud of Alliance and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes! ??
