Capstone Colorado Land Team has closed the sale of 6144 N Rifle St, a 2-acre vacant parcel for the sale price of $1,500,000. Adam Bellin, Taylor Burns, and Travis Hodge of Capstone brokered the transaction. The seller entitled the site which is located within the Pena Station Next master planned community. The buyer, Second Story Development, Ltd., plans to build up to 32 townhomes on the property that is conveniently located two blocks from Pena Station, 12 minutes from Denver International Airport, and 28 minutes from downtown Denver. “The project near Pena Station is a great example of multiple groups coming together to fulfill the need for more townhomes in an area with an outsized number of apartments,” said Samir Patel with Second Story Development, Ltd., “Adam, Taylor, and the rest of the Capstone team were instrumental in helping to navigate a unique transaction. This is the first deal we’ve closed with Capstone and look forward to continuing our work together.”
