One Boston Wharf Road was recently honored with the Built Environment Plus People’s Choice Award at the 2024 BE+ Green Building Showcase! This event celebrates groundbreaking success stories in transforming the built environment into healthy, sustainable, and regenerative spaces for our communities. One Boston Wharf Road is a recently completed 17-story tower that stands as the City of Boston’s largest net zero carbon office building! This building is tracking LEED v4 Platinum and speaks directly to the City’s pledge to be carbon neutral by 2050. Colliers Project Leaders | USA proudly served as Commissioning Agent for this 707,000 square foot project, marking the latest addition to WS Development’s 7.6 Million square foot mixed-use development. Exciting progress in Beverly, MA! We're thrilled to be the Project Manager for the new McPherson Youth Center, which just celebrated its #groundbreaking ceremony. This project will see the demolition of the current building and the construction of a modern ~4,500-square-foot facility, designed with sustainability in mind. We're proud to be part of a major step forward for public safety in Rhode Island! The Rhode Island State Police recently broke ground on the new Southern Public Safety Complex, marking the beginning of a transformative project where we are serving as Project Manager. This state-of-the-art, 35,000-square-foot facility will replace the existing Wickford and Hope Valley barracks, centralizing operations for approximately 80 state troopers and enhancing service delivery to communities across southern Rhode Island. Scheduled for completion in June 2026, the $41.3 Million complex promises streamlined operations and modernized resources to support public safety. The Bennie Dover Jackson Multi-Magnet Middle School in New London, CT, celebrated the completion of a major renovation and expansion project with a #ribboncutting ceremony! This five-phase, 165,000-square-foot transformation included cutting-edge upgrades: new classrooms equipped with smartboards, an outdoor amphitheater, a synthetic turf field, and enhanced security features. Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) celebrated the grand opening of its new Library Annex, a stunning 15,000-square-foot expansion of the Elihu Burritt Library! Nearly 100 guests joined the #ribboncutting ceremony, where speakers, including CCSU President Zulma R. Toro, highlighted the importance of this $18 Million investment in fostering collaboration and innovation. The annex features modern classrooms, labs, a Learning Commons, and sustainable timber construction that aligns with the University’s commitment to a green campus.
