I want to leave, but I’m running into some policy issues that are making it complicated. Here’s where I stand: I've got **three weeks of PTO** accrued, but my company’s HR policy doesn’t allow me to cash it out. If I give a **two-week notice**, I won't be able to use any of my PTO during that time. My boss suggested I could take my PTO and then just resign on my last day, citing the toxic work environment as the reason for my departure.
