Most of us are familiar with what conversational AI is and what it can do. But what’s the buzz about agentic AI? This week I had the opportunity to discuss the topic at the CCW Executive Exchange Emerging Tech conference, alongside Bob S. from Goodcall and Rajamma Krishnamurthy from Microsoft. We aimed to demystify some of the AI hype, sharing real examples from our experiences where agentic AI can make an impact. Agentic AI goes beyond just conversational interactions. It’s about taking actions. It answers the question, and then answers the “Now what?” by taking the next step. It helps internal teams navigate multiple systems more efficiently, allowing them to focus on what truly matters—helping customers. We’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible, and it was fantastic to hear from others on their approaches.
