CYCE's Student Pathways Program recently partnered with Community Health Equity, Marymount Hospital, and Cleveland Clinic's Center for Simulation and Advanced Skills Center (SASC) to bring 25 11th & 12th grade students on campus for a closer look at the amazing opportunities available in healthcare. Thanks to participating caregivers, students learned about careers such as Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Engineering, Radiology and more! Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine student August Culbert (’26) had been selected to row in Boston’s Head of the Charles Regatta on behalf of the Potomac Boat Club, a rowing club in Washington, DC. Held in October, the Head of the Charles is the largest rowing event in the world and is “kind of like the Boston Marathon of rowing,” says August, who rowed stroke seat in the Men's Club Eights event. Within the Special Medal Designation of “club” boats, his team placed 5th! August is currently on a research fellowship at the National Cancer Institute at the NIH.?https://lnkd.in/ewVhCWbC
