Our president Kara McNamara took the runway by storm, with unmatched confidence and elegance. ????? She looked absolutely stunning and truly brought the vision to life in a way only she could! Endless thanks to our talented team WELD HOUSE, Jeff Zita, Sales West Group, Paul Dudek & REDLINES for their creativity and passion. We loved every second of making this happen together! Friday night, our President, Kara McNamara, didn't just walk the IIDA Southwest Chapter Couture runway—she SLAYED it! ??? With the elegance of a supermodel and the swagger of a CEO, she turned the catwalk into her personal stage. Who knew boardroom skills included runway prowess? From power suits to power moves, Kara showed us all that leadership isn't just about making decisions—it's about making a statement, and boy did she do that! Her runway debut was a dazzling display of creativity, courage, and a whole heck of a lot of fun. ?? It was absolutely incredible to see the camaraderie, creativity, and innovation in the room Friday. Incredible what our industry can do!!
