Welcome Qemetica to Southwest Louisiana! This Polish company purchased the PPG silicas facility near Westlake. PPG was an iconic brand to this area, and Qemetica will ensure that this facility will continue to operate in the Lake Area for years to come. Congratulations to Qemetica and its employees. A ribbon cutting was held Friday, December 6, 2024.
