They also may work a variety of shifts, from 3-24 hours, overnight, weekends, at night, in the morning, etc. Additional requirements include: Experience as a PCA/OR Certified in the state of NC as a NA 1 Current tuberculosis skin test Valid driver's license Automobile insurance Reliable transportation Drug free Clean criminal background Safe driving record (no driving while suspended or no more than two violations in three years) Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more and must be able to transfer clients if needed.
