?? As we approach the end of 2024, we've been reflecting on the power of pressing pause in our increasingly fast-paced world. Between Thanksgiving preparations, holiday festivities, and year-end deadlines, it's easy to get caught in the whirlwind. But here's a thought: What if we intentionally chose to slow down? ?? Our challenge to you: Take a 5-minute pause today. Step outside for coffee. Walk around your office. Simply breathe. It's not just self-care – it's leadership care, especially if you guide teams. Speaking of meaningful pauses, we're thrilled to announce our upcoming Fifth Third Bank Diversity Leadership Symposium: "Growing Together: Cultural Vibrancy & Belonging." We'll be joined by the incredible MJ Acosta-Ruiz, Emmy Award-winning sportscaster, and the first Afro-Latina to host NFL Total Access on NFL Network. ?? Mark your calendars for these upcoming opportunities to connect and grow: ???Chamber Advocacy Council: Post-Election Re-cap ???Cincy Blend: Coffee & Connections at Heritage Bank Center ???Cincy Blend: Coffee & Connections at Taft Museum ???Monthly Member Briefing with Amy Spiller, President of Duke Energy Ohio and Kentucky (Dec 5) In this season of gratitude, let's remember: Sometimes slowing down actually moves us forward. #Leadership #CommunityEngagement #WorkLifeBalance #CincinnatiRegionalChamber #DiversityAndInclusion #ProfessionalDevelopment #Cincinnati #Kentucky

Hey Linkedin Folks, Imagine over 30 city blocks lit up with projection mapping, light installations, and murals, spreading across Cincinnati, Covington, and Newport—and there, right at the heart of it all, was my data visualization project Urbaphilia, showcased at the Music Hall, a symbol of this city’s soul. Thank you Blink Festival!! Thank you to everyone who came, to Justin Brookhart who organised this event and transformed the city into the freshest and coolest light art "museum"!! Urbaphilia was showcased on the main location with 3 other amazing artists at the Music Hall, emblematic symbol of the city. I was thinking how to explain this artwork to you in the best way: so my question is how do you imagine the city in one shape? Are you imagine buildings only, or people and more objects as well? Or is it abstract? I was inspired by Cincinnati's diverse cultures and how they coexist in harmony which is why representing the city on a human body was important. Urbaphilia is a data visualization project that transforms Cincinnati into a living, breathing organism, using data visualiztion and a visual storytelling to reveal the unseen connections that shape the urban lives. And it’s also a collaboration with the Center for Research & Data at the Cincinnati Regional Chamber who provided the datasets for the project! I wanted to create a unique way to represent 12 years of datasets about the population and green jobs growth. The purple color, skyscrapers represents the population while the green objects and the trees the green jobs growth. Every single object on the human shape is animated by these datasets in a 12 year timeline. maybe you can also find the symbol of the city in some scenes as well if you watch caferfully! Music Hall is a place where people are gathering and we can say it’s the heart of the city so it makes it the perfect canvas for Urbaphilia as it’s deeply connected to Cincinnati’s rich cultural history and artistic spirit. #BlinkFestival #Cincinnati #Urbaphilia #Data #Art #ProjectionMapping
