Our Recreation Coordinator, Curtis, just completed the Polar Plunge and shared a thank you message to everyone who supported him! Curtis says, "First and foremost I would like to say Dan, I miss you bud. To all of my fellow CDS Life Transitions Employees, Caregivers, Friends, and Family who donated towards Special Olympics New York and my Polar Plunge funding, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I began to have second thoughts about getting into that water on Sunday 2/2, but I knew I had to do it because it's what would have put a smile on Dan's face. It was an experience like no other. Whether or not I do it again in 2026 is yet to be determined, but I will Plunge again."
