An estimated 10 million Californians experience barriers to accessing dental care. The CDA Foundation strives to improve the oral and overall health of all Californians, as well as grant opportunities to dentists and community-based organizations working to reduce barriers to care in underserved populations. Through volunteer-led programs and initiatives, we have realized many victories in the fight to decrease dental disease and increase oral health, improving the quality of life for countless Californians. The Foundation represents the dental profession and its humanitarian values, generously giving back through volunteerism, philanthropy, advocacy and action. Our supporters make it possible to deliver grants, education and clinics that make a difference to those in need. Through the generosity of countless volunteers and donors, the CDA Foundation has helped so many Californians in need through its flagship program CDA Cares.
