CBP is hiring Management and Program Analysts! The Office of Trade analyst will provide timely and relevant information, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness and deployment support to system stakeholders, including CBP, other government agencies, and the trade community, of new and enhanced trade/cargo processing capabilities in accordance with established timelines for development and deployment. In this GS-13 role, you will: -- Determine impacts to users of trade system software deployments in order to develop and deliver timely and relevant communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness and deployment activities. -- Act as a liaison between development teams and system users to coordinate planning and review of user support materials for software deployments that often result in extensive changes to long-established operational procedures. -- Develop and execute integrated deployment plans that will successfully transition PGA and trade community users to new trade system capabilities in accordance with established software deployment timelines. -- Build relationships with new stakeholders and manage long-standing relationships with existing stakeholders. -- Represent agency at industry conferences, local port association meetings, and other public forums on international trade and customs automated systems.
