The International Harvester Titan 10-20, produced from 1915 to 1922, was a popular and versatile tractor known for its simple design. This workhorse, with its two-cylinder kerosene engine, thermo-syphon cooling, and two-speed transmission, weighed over 2 tons and delivered 10 horsepower at the drawbar and 20 at the belt pulley. Manufactured in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the Titan was also imported into Australia. The “Titan” name, inspired by the giants of Greek mythology, reflected the tractor’s size and strength, qualities that were becoming synonymous with International Harvester and are still part of #CaseIH DNA. #Innovation #Agriculture #Heritage

Vintage Vibe Alert! Did you know that in 1950, International Harvester painted some of their tractors WHITE?! To celebrate the mid-century year, they wanted to catch farmers’ eyes with a unique look. They were used as demonstrators and show models, and once sold, were repainted the classic red. ?? A groundbreaking marketing idea back then, and we’re still pushing boundaries in every aspect of agricultural machinery today. #InternationalHarvester #VintageTractors

In 1954, International Harvester revolutionized tractors with the #TorqueAmplifier (TA). This technology allowed farmers to shift gears on-the-go, under load, without clutching! For 70 years, the TA has been a symbol of innovation in agriculture. Its ability to boost torque and efficiency transformed farming practices, leaving a lasting legacy on transmission design. At Case IH we celebrate this milestone and are inspired by the spirit of the TA. We continue to push the boundaries of agricultural technology, developing solutions that empower farmers and enhance productivity. #TractorTechnology #AgriculturalInnovation #LegacyOfInnovation

Today, on Jerome Increase Case's birthday, we celebrate the visionary who laid the foundations of our company's enduring legacy. At just 21, Jerome transformed a small Wisconsin (US) repair shop into a global agricultural powerhouse, driven by two guiding principles: create innovative machines and make them accessible to all farmers. His groundbreaking 1869 'Eclipse' thresher exemplified this approach, boosting productivity while reducing labor needs - an early milestone in our pursuit of technology that empowers producers. This farmer-first mindset has remained at the heart of Case IH. Just as Jerome worked alongside farmers, we continue developing #PrecisionTechnology and digital solutions that address the evolving needs of professional producers. Jerome's pioneering spirit lives on in everything we do. #JeromeCase #CaseIH #AgriculturePioneer
