On day five of Customer Service Week, we turn our attention to Jeff Johnson, a Rental Coordinator at our Annapolis Junction, MD, store. On the job now for two years, Jeff says what he enjoys the most is helping customers, working with his teammates, and collaborating with Carter’s Rental Sales Representatives to get the right rental units to their customers so they can complete their jobs. He finds it very satisfying to see the full life cycle of a project from start to finish. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, playing golf, attending Ravens and Orioles games, and grilling.

On day four of Customer Service Week, we’re recognizing Doug Endler, a Rental Coordinator at Carter Rental’s Fredericksburg, VA, store. Doug’s been with the team for four years and shares that what he likes most about his role is helping customers and working to find the right equipment for their needs. When he's not at work, Doug enjoys traveling with his wife of 30 years, Evelyn, and spending time with his three grandchildren – Hudson, Walker, and Ellie.

On day three of Customer Service Week, we’re shining the spotlight on Jon Mitchem, a Rental Coordinator at our store in Abingdon, VA. Jon’s been with Carter Rental for 10 years and says his favorite part about being a Rental Coordinator is that every day is a new challenge with no two days being the same. In his free time, Jon enjoys riding E-bikes, participating in I-racing, and spending every other free moment with his beautiful wife and girls.

Continuing with Customer Service Week, today we’re focusing on Brittney Ryan, a Rental Coordinator at our South Hill, Va., store. She’s been with Carter just over a year and says that what she likes most about her job is working with people to find the right machines for their jobs, showing them how to use the equipment, and the comradery the Rental team and store enjoy. Outside of work, Brittney’s a mom of three and says she’s always into something, whether it’s being outside doing things with her family, volunteering for wounded veterans, cooking, hiking, or competing in her first Spartan race coming up in November.

It's Customer Service week and to kickoff the celebration, we’re recognizing Matthew Penny, a Rental Field Service Technician based out of our Richmond, Va., store. Matthew’s been with Carter for 10 years and started as a Rental Technician at our Chesterfield, Va., store before moving into field service. He says he enjoys the versatility of his job that has him traveling to different places and meeting new people. When he isn’t working, Matthew’s hobbies are hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
