After successful 29-years of military service in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Marine Safety and Security professional, Captain Tom turned a life-long boating hobby into a profession as a licensed captain, marine surveyor, and maritime consultant. Captain Tom is a certified National Safe Boating Council (NSBC) instructor who enjoys teaching on-water safety to new boat owners and their crew, promoting an enjoyable time on the water.
