CAA Digital Media hosted a party in partnership with Sony Honda Mobility, showcasing their innovative EV prototype, Afeela, which reflects the growing intersection of entertainment, mobility tech, and gaming. The Afeela’s immersive entertainment system—designed for gaming and films on the go—offers new ways for content creators and fans to interact, signaling what the future of in-car entertainment could look like. We see this as just one of many exciting developments in the gaming space, where content consumption and platform integration continue to evolve. ? We were also thrilled to celebrate client LilyPichu and Team Nephew’s victory in the Twitch Rivals “Sajam Street Fighter Slam Grand Finals,” highlighting the continued rise of esports and competitive gaming, which remains a powerful driver of community and engagement in the creator economy.

The Creator Economy is on track to become a $500 billion industry in the next three years, a growth stat that far surpasses any other in media. D.C. has long had lobbyists for the creative industries—film, TV, music, etc.—but this new creative class, a class that includes half of Gen-Z (that’s right, half of a generation identifies as ‘creators’), does not yet have robust representation within the walls of our capital. From AI to privacy to mental health, I look forward to tackling these important, non-partisan issues together.
