关于我们

The Build Your Coaching Career (BYCC) Coaching and Mentoring Program brings together bits and pieces of what I discovered and learned through the years, in my research, experience, and the courses and consultants I’ve worked with. But more than just a program, it's a COMMUNITY of Coaches supporting each other in building our coaching careers. We collaborate on client projects, meet regularly through our mastermind sessions, and share ideas, stories and even wins and challenges.

  • Would you like to build a career in coaching? ?? I began my career in coaching around 7 years ago when I took my first coach certification program. That was when I was out of the corporate world for the first time after more than a decade. I was like a blind person trying to feel my way through the process. ???? I was like a person swimming in the vast ocean, uncertain of where I’ll end up. ?? All I knew then was that I had to survive. ?? With commitment, consistency, support and by God’s grace, I began to thrive. A lot of people ask me, how do I get started in coaching?? I usually answer this with another question, “What makes you want to get into coaching?” And in the full video of this trailer, you’ll know the why behind my question. But wait, there’s more. Other coaches from the BYCC (Build Your Coaching Career) Community also shared their tips for aspiring coaches and their stories of becoming a coach. ?? Watch the full video here: bit.ly/KDG_ICW2024 The video features: Coach Kurly de Guzman, ICF PCC (yours truly) Coach Ayesa de Guia Coach Anna M S Ordinario, RPh, ACC Coach Nelson Dy, B.S. Chem.Eng., MBM Coach Em Guevara #Coaching #CoachingCareer #CoachingBusiness

  • Proud to introduce Coach Kookie, Michelle Consing-Gagui, ICF-ACC, CALC Coach Kookie was part of Build Your Coaching Career (BYCC) Cohort 2. I love how the BYCC Program not only allowed me to mentor coaches, but also paved the way to build a community of coaches supporting each other. ?? Coach Kookie has been generous enough to conduct a Points of You Group Coaching Session for our BYCC community. ?? She's also always ever-ready to lend a listening ear when you want to bounce off ideas, and share her ideas and expertise when someone from our group needs it. ?? Having collaborated with her in a few projects, I can say that she's an excellent Coach and HR Consultant, who's not only great at what she does, but is always on top of her commitments, including that of being a wife and mom. Would you like to be part of the Build Your Coaching Career (BYCC) Program for Coaches and Consultants community too? Send us a message! Coach Kurly will be glad to welcome you! #Coaching #CoachingBusiness

  • Say hello, to Coach Patricia Matti, MBA, ICF PCC! The Build Your Coaching Career Program was still in pilot / pre-launch phase when Pat inquired about the program. So when Cohort 1 opened in 2022, she signed up! To me, Pat seemed quiet at first. Later on, I discovered that she's full of wit and wisdom, and that she's also very good with words. (Yes, even without the help of AI ??). I've had the privilege to collaborate with her through the years, and I must say she is a great asset to the team, with her keen eye for details, solid commitment and warm personality. ?? I am looking forward to working with her again in the near future, and to seeing her coaching career flourish even more. Cheering for you, Coach Pat! ?? Coach Kurly

Why bother joining a personal development program when my schedule is already packed? ????♀??? Well, I did. To be clear, I’m not one of those who says yes to everything. I value my peace and my pace. ??? But when it came to this particular personal development program, I just felt that urge to sign up, and worry later about how I can make it work. ?? I knew I was stepping out of my comfort zone as this program demanded at least 6 hours each week, and changes to my daily activities (not to mention, a reboot of my mindset!). It’s been a month since I started, and I am in awe at how much things have changed (and are changing) in the past weeks. ?? Here’s what I am learning through this experience… ?? Commitment beats excuses? When I signed up, I was determined to make it work, no matter what. Sure, there were bad days and I wasn’t always in my A game. But every single day, I show up ????♀?, no matter how busy I am or how full my day is. ?? There is power in group accountability? I initially didn’t understand at first why we had to work in groups. I honestly thought that it was a bit of a hassle due to scheduling constraints. I was wrong. It’s not only been a good way to keep me accountable to my commitments, but it’s also my little happy space. ?? ?? You attract what you want Our brain’s confirmation bias is real. If you think you’re having a bad day, then your brain will find all the reasons to support that belief. It’s challenging to shift mindset and behaviors. But when we see ourselves more lovingly ??, see the world in a positive light, and believe that we can do things, we’ll be surprised with how our lives will change. ? ?? Zoom in and zoom out Progress comes in different forms and sizes. Sometimes, we’re trapped in the details and don’t see the big picture so we fail to see the overall positive trend. Or we could be looking at the long-term goal and lose sight of the smaller wins in front of us.? ?? The program is still far from completion, and I am embracing each day as it comes. ?? This experience highlights ?? the importance of being part of a community when you’re on a journey towards bigger goals. ??? This is just like the Build Your Coaching Career (BYCC) Community where we continue to support each other through our mastermind sessions and informal / ad hoc consultations, accountability checks, and project collaborations. ?? It’s been a while since I ran the BYCC Program Build Your Coaching Career (BYCC) Program for Coaches and Consultants, and I am ready to open the doors again soon for both 1:1 and group sessions.? ?? If you’re a coach looking to build a strong foundation for your coaching practice, gain clarity on your direction, together with people who may not always be like-minded (we are diverse?? and we leverage each other’s strengths???? but share a common goal of building and growing our coaching practice….. Then join us. ???? Send me a message! ?? #Coaching #CoachingCareer #LeadershipCoach
