??Yesterday, BT Southern California had the honor of hosting: Inspire and Connect: BTWomen Leadership Luncheon at the beautiful Chief Clubhouse Los Angeles. The event brought together an incredible group of talented and driven women across industries to foster meaningful conversations. We were joined by celebrated speaker, author, and communications coach Debbie Epstein Henry, who delivered a powerful talk on executive presence, leadership, effective communication, and self-promotion. With Debbie, Barnes & Thornburg Partner Kristen Richer and Julia De Beers Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Evans Hotels led a fireside discussion that left attendees inspired and motivated. Hearing firsthand insights from the panelists on leveling up, self-reflection, and building confidence in storytelling and public speaking truly underscored the importance of leadership and connection within our community.
