We’re pleased to share that construction is underway for the Avonlea Affordable Senior Housing community in Loudoun County. This project will deliver 130 affordable apartments for independent adults ages 55+, with all units available to those earning 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below. The development leverages innovative financing through a twin 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) deal with Virginia Housing. Led by True Ground Housing Partners, the project team also includes Advanced Project Management, Inc. and Grimm + Parker Architects.
