It was another strong year in 2024 for our Loan Syndications group (LSG), which earned top 10 Refinitiv League Table status by ranking #7 nationally in the Overall Middle Market Arranger table. The LSG closed on 111 transactions in 2024 across various industries and serves as Administrative Agent or Joint Lead Arranger for 221 multibank loan transactions on a total portfolio of $31.8 billion, of which BOK Financial holds $8.9 billion. Energy Financial Services and Loan Syndications teams closed a $163 million credit facility in January with Pine Run Gathering.
