    https://lnkd.in/gh3YxFrc We are excited to invite you to?The Stakeholder’s Dilemma Play Date, an innovative STEAM education initiative that combines fun, strategy, and collaboration through the?Community On Demand (CoD)?card game. The Stakeholder’s Dilemma?uses?gamified learning to engage participants?through playful competition,?fostering essential skills and aligning education with real career pathways. This?interactive event?guides?community stakeholders—including?individuals, community leaders, educators, STEAM career professionals, and local business owners—through a?collaborative, strategic planning process.?Together, they will create pre-apprenticeships, service-learning projects, and job opportunities for youth and young adults, helping them?gain skills to address challenges outlined in our Applied Digital Equity initiative. In doing so, students will strengthen their workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills. Participants?will gain essential?skills in project management, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, economic development, and new business development, demonstrating their?preparedness for college, career, business ownership, and community reinvestment. The Stakeholder’s Dilemma?is a?key component?of the?Applied Digital Equity Initiative, aiding?community stakeholders?in promoting?workforce readiness?and?economic empowerment. It?equips youth and adults?from?under served communities?with the?skills needed for sustainable careers in telecommunications, healthcare IT, cybersecurity, and digital marketing. This event not only?showcases?how?game-based learning can address socio-economic challenges?but also?emphasizes the value of public-private partnerships in building sustainable solutions. Your participation?will underscore the?importance of collaboration and community investment, ensuring that the outcomes of our game align with Kansas City’s goals for inclusive growth. With your leadership,?we can inspire students and stakeholders to co-create meaningful solutions that bridge the digital divide and contribute to a thriving, digitally connected future for Kansas City.

    #Resume - 2017 worked to produce, at that time, NSBE's 2nd largest convention in its 43 year history, bringing 1,500 elementary, middle, and high school students to Kansas City to see 10,000 Black Engineers celebrating excellence, and as CPC PCI Chair worked alongside a team to .manage 249 Pre-Collegiate competitions over a 4-day period.     WTF! SIMPLE MINDED BLACK MEN who WILL NOT VOTE for a Woman! Our community has never dealt with MYSOGYNY and black men never had the power in this country to truly show how they feel and who they are as misogynistic. Only in the walls of a building or the pulpit can the glass ceiling for women of color in the black community remain unbroken. HERE'S the Deal!!!! What genre of music, Country, Rock, Punk Rock, Folk, etc, when you hear it is okay to call black women, mother's, grandmother's, daughters, neices, aunties... B1tH3s and H0z3 ?? I'll wait! ?????? PLAIN FACT! Slavery in America could not have happened without Africans in Africa who were inhumane, indecent, and horrible people who willingly partnered with COLONIZERS and SLAVE TRADERS to capture, rape, murder, and intimidate their fellow countrymen and enable the only forced transplanting of an entire nation to a foreign land to be forced to be SLAVE LABOR to build a country. Those same AFRICANS are in our communities today, elected to positions of power and prestige today, and their alliances with COLONIZERS and SLAVE LABOR has just replaced the white hood for white collars. Okay! Instead of calling them out and fighting that fight, we need to Identify, Isolate, and Keep them Out of Community business. They don't like themselves, they don't like their community, nor their culture, so there is no way for them to like you nor vote for anyone of color. I remember the black elected official who initially endorsed Hillary until it was obvious Pres. Obama was going to win the nomination...then they flipped. All Skinfolk ain't Kinfolk, and the Africans who captured and sold Africans into slavery back then are Americans today still doing that same work! Ladies, CUT THEY AZZes OFF, when the light hits they azz! Simple Minds do simple stuff and they are the company of simple people. Don't be simple! Identify! Isolate! Ignore!
