What a weekend at #SXSW2025! Events like these reaffirm that Alabama is emerging as a national leader in innovation. Innovate Alabama’s partnership with INC. and Fast Company elevated our presence, and SEEK AL’s activation at the INC. Founders House proved that our state is a place where innovators can build a life they love. A highlight was hearing from SSBCI investor Amy Jo Martin of Renegade Global and Alabama founder Martha Underwood of Prismm, showcasing how Alabama’s innovation landscape is rapidly evolving—elevating women founders and attracting national interest. We were also inspired at THE LIGHT HOUSE 2025, where meaningful conversations took place about responsible innovation and making tech more inclusive. This city-wide gaming and e-sports retreat for high school students (Grades 9-12) is set for Friday, March 14, 2025, in Birmingham, AL.
