Our friends at International Food Information Council asked 1,000 Americans which actions and habits they believe are most important for good health. More than 4 in 10 picked exercise (22%) or eating a balanced diet (22%) as their top choice, with women being more likely to choose diet (26% vs. 17%) and men being more likely to say exercise (27% vs. 17%).
