Did you know having diabetes can impact your dental health? It doesn’t just affect blood sugar. According to the American Diabetes Association, 38.4 million Americans live with diabetes. And with that comes a greater risk of developing periodontal disease, thrush and dry mouth. So, it’s important to not only keep your blood sugar under control but have regular dental exams to spot signs of these diseases before they become major medical problems. Help protect your employees, especially those with diabetes, by offering dental insurance.
