I was delighted to welcome Bruce Donavan, recently retired Executive Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, to speak with my Master of Science in Business Analytics, MBA, and undergraduate business students at the Barton School of Business, Wichita State University, on February 20. With his extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, Bruce led a highly engaging, insightful, and interactive discussion titled?Analytics and Sales Excellence: A Pharma Perspective.?He provided valuable insights into the intersection of sales and analytics, highlighting the critical role of human oversight in interpreting analytical results.
