"The Dig-i-tal Equi-ty Fund is a tes-ta-ment to Bal-ti-more’s com-mit-ment to ensur-ing every res-i-dent has access to the tools and oppor-tu-ni-ties of the dig-i-tal age." – Kenya Asli Everyone should have access to technology and the skills to use it. Yet in Baltimore, 38% of low-income households lack a computer or can only access the internet through a smartphone. The Digital Equity Fund supports digital literacy and introduces new technology to youth and adults of all ages.
