    ??What's top of mind for CMOS at #B2BMX? Yesterday, I had a great opportunity to moderate 20 practicing CMOS in a (literal) roundtable here at #B2BMX. Our theme of our conversation was, 'doing less with less' (a variation of do more with less) - lessons learned around ABX, Demand, Brand, and Executive conversations. ? There were 3 key takeaways that I heard: 1?? Al and a Sales revolution is occurring where companies are driving outbound optimizing for an Al approach with more outbound - intelligent outbound is not dead at all. BDRs are more engaged than ever with the ability to hyper-personalize outbound to make it relevant to the buyer. 2?? There was a mixed view of Marketing Channel consolidation. On one hand, people were trying to do less with less with fewer channels (webinar, search, paid ads, tactics), yet we're all faced with new Al channels buyers are tapping into and trying to populate those AI channels with the right content. It was a tough balance. 3??. The third theme that i heard was bringing the human into the Al relationship for outreach. Whether it be newsletters or just personalizing with a human touch became really important for engagement, so it wasn't just an Al driven outreach (which was a turn off). ?? Bonus takeaway - Marketers are seeing a shift with ABX - when talking to sales teams, the internal conversation has shifted from "what is marketing doing?" to "what is the target account we're going after, what's the lay of the land, and what behaviors are we seeing at these accounts?.".
