The ATX Business and Blues Benefit, a monthly event that features 90 minutes of early evening networking, great cash bar and food, followed by a private concert in a beautiful theater setting. Proceeds benefit Live Here Give Here a fantastic organization that raises money for numerous local charities. 5:30pm - 7pm Networking, appetizers and cash bar 7pm - 8:30pm Private music show featuring Austin's preeminent musicians About the Charity: I Live Here I Give Here I Live Here I Give Here is on a mission to amplify giving in Central Texas through cultivating and creating deeper connections for givers and the issues they care about. About the music: Pete Monfre leads an all star band performing listenable, jazz, blues and vintage dance music featuring players from Steve Miller, Johnny Winter, Guy Forsyth Band, Muddy Waters Legendary Blues Band, and more. We carefully control volume to ensure listenability. The Austin Greater Chamber of Commerce named Monfre "Most Authentically Austin" and the Austin American Statesman says "Monfre has assembled an astonishing super group that captures the "old Austin" aesthetic..." We've lined up a great local charity that is helping veteran entrepreneurs. I've always been a big supporter of our soldiers and I'm hoping you'll come out and meet some on January 15th.
