In Q4, we welcomed three new team members to the Ashford Inc. Asset Management team. ? Jacob Ruck, CRME, CHDM joins us as Senior Director of Revenue Optimization. Jacob brings 20 years of industry experience. In his role Jacob will be responsible for Driving Revenue Growth and Strategic Optimization at Ashford-owned Assets through Best-in-Class Revenue Management, Sales, Digital Marketing. ? Jorge Cantu, Jr. joins us as a Financial Analyst. Jorge graduated from Baylor University in 2023 with a BBA in Finance, and more recently graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2024 with a Master in Land and Property Development degree. He has previous real estate and financial analysis experience, but this is his first role in the hospitality industry. ? Cherokee Cleary joins us as an Executive Assistant to the EVP & Head of Asset Management. She is a graduate of the Restaurant, Hotel, & Institutional Management school at Texas Tech University, and has a varied background supporting multiple industries, ranging from aviation to real estate.
