  • If you do research on groups and teams, consider attending the annual conference for the Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research (INGRoup). It's the friendliest conference I have ever attended and a great place to learn the latest research, meet potential coauthors, and have fun! This year the conference is in beautiful Charlotte, NC, July 18-20 and includes a special event at the NASCAR Hall of Fame ???. https://lnkd.in/g22AcH2m

  • Allyship is important in DEI efforts, but what about being an ally to a new mother? New research finds that being an ally to someone just back from maternity leave helps them balance their work and personal lives, reduce guilt (and postpartum depression!) and increase confidence and retention. Thought-provoking and important work by Nitya Chawla, Allison Gabriel, Ph.D., Melanie K. Prengler, Kristie Rogers, Ben Rogers, Alyssa Tedder-King, and Christopher Rosen. https://lnkd.in/dFS5AzBR
