Although we are far from done, the DEI event was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve together. A special congratulations to Latrice Overton, JD, MBA for spearheading the efforts to make this event a reality! Your vision, dedication, and leadership were the driving forces behind its success. Ambetter Health is partnering with Allstate, Thatch and Intuit to offer a new off-exchange plan called an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). This new offering allows businesses to provide tax-free reimbursement directly to employees for their individual health insurance premiums and eligible medical expenses. This past weekend delivered a thrill ride?for race fans,?our Ambetter Health executives, brokers, and local health partners from SilverSummit Healthplan. We were proud to be the title sponsor for the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Ambetter Health 302, at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where A.J. Allmendinger took home the impressive winning trophy, presented by Katherine Kirby, Chief Operating Officer of Ambetter Health. Before the race, Nate Watters, Chief Sales Officer for Ambetter Health was invited on stage for opening remarks and separately, four Ambetter Health brokers, Lisa & Greg Drake, Michael Walker, and Janet Naevarez shouted the traditional call to racing, “Drivers, start your engines”. Driving in the pace cars were,?Lauren Niebruegge, Chief Financial Officer, Marketplace, and her husband Dan, Wade Rakes, Chief Growth Officer,?Joel Portman, Vice President, Marketplace and Network Strategy,?Dan Martinez, Vice President, Regulatory Operations and Cody Wallace, Associate General Counsel. ? Both Saturday and Sunday drew hundreds of race fans to the Ambetter Health’s Fan Zone, where they could spin the prize wheel and even grab an autograph from NASCAR driver Zane Smith. ? Thank you to our fantastic team on the ground who have made the Fan Zone the place to be before all the races, and for greeting thousands of race fans throughout the season with unparalleled enthusiasm! As the racing season winds down, we'll look forward to seeing you all at the finish line.

?? Celebrating the Success of Ambetter of Tennessee’s Community Health Fair! ?? ? Ambetter of Tennessee understands the importance of meeting members where they are, and we’re thrilled to share the incredible turnout of our recently held Community Health Fair in Nashville, Tennessee. This was a hyper-local, collaborative effort between Ambetter of Tennessee and its robust network of partners and fully aligns with our mission of transforming the health of the communities we serve, one person at a time. ? These events were designed to deepen engagement with our members and the local community, offering: -Access to Information: Insight into healthcare benefits and community resources. -Access to Care: Guidance on locating providers, addressing Drivers of Health (DOH), and closing gaps in care. -Care Coordination: Emphasis on health management, empowerment through education, and connecting with vital member services. -Customer Service: Positive community interactions, valuable feedback, and increased involvement. ? Our goal was to unite new and existing partners, leveraging their expertise to provide comprehensive and local support to our members. The Ambetter of Tennessee Community Health fair featured educational resources, health screenings (blood pressure, colorectal cancer, diabetic, mental health, vision, and dental), CPR and cooking demonstrations, and a range of exciting giveaways including healthy food boxes, laptops, bikes with helmets, and more. Attendees also enjoyed free haircuts, chair massages, and special moments with a celebrity fitness trainer and former NFL player from the TN Titans. This is just one of many more local community health fairs to come and is a testament to our commitment to improving health outcomes for our members. ?
